STEPHENS GREEN - PROJECT

This large private balcony space over-looking Dublin’s city centre was finished off beautifully with an outdoor raw concrete bench. The bench is a continuation of the indoor concrete cantilevered media shelf and runs right up to the edge of the balcony. Whilst seating is the primary function of this piece it also provides an area for planting creating a soft backdrop and a splash of colour.

The concrete is super lightweight and appears to be floating with the assistance of hidden brackets. The finish was achieved using our own mix design and our own quality ingredients. The lighter tones of grey come from a white cement base with an eco-friendly cement. The concrete was lightly polished and sealed with a high-grade outdoor sealer that lasts forever with little to no maintenance.
